Role: Accountant – Financial Operations Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM ISTRole OverviewWe are looking for a highly sharp, detail-oriented, and fast-learning Accountant to manage end-to-end financial operations for a US-based financial services firm.This is a high ownership role — you will be expected to handle accounting independently, maintain accuracy, and support leadership with clear financial visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting (AP/AR, reconciliations, general ledger)Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure compliance with US GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirementsHandle payroll accounting, expense tracking, and documentationSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisAssist in tax filings, audits, and regulatory complianceMaintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date financial recordsWhat We’re Looking ForExtremely sharp and quick learner (non-negotiable)Strong attention to detail with high accuracyAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionHigh ownership and accountabilityStrong problem-solving mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentRequirements2–5 years of accounting / finance experienceStrong understanding of US GAAP / financial reportingExperience with tools like QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similarStrong Excel / Google Sheets skillsPreferredCPA / CA / ACCA (or pursuing)Experience working with US-based clients or firmsBackground in financial services / consulting firmsWho Should Not ApplyIf you need constant supervisionIf you are not detail-orientedIf you struggle to learn quickly or adapt
