Company Description We are trying to make the most beautiful rugs in the world.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Jaipur. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial activities, including maintaining and reconciling financial records, preparing accurate financial reports, overseeing accounts payables and receivables, and managing budgets. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, monitoring cash flow, and providing financial insights to support decision-making processes.Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting, and budgeting Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of tax regulations, payroll management, and auditing practices Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required Professional certifications like CA, CPA, or equivalent are a plus Prior experience in the handmade goods or manufacturing industry is beneficial
