Financial Controller/Finance Head

Location: JaipurExperience: 8–12 YearsQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – MandatoryRole:We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to take complete ownership of the finance function. The role requires hands-on control over accounts, audits, GST, taxation, P&L and balance sheet, along with strong experience in M&A, investor readiness, financial modeling, D2C business acquisitions, and company investments. The person will work closely with founders and leadership on strategic and financial decisions.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end finance and accounts including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and monthly closuresLead statutory, internal, tax, and GST audits end to endEnsure complete GST compliance – filings, reconciliations, notices, and assessmentsHandle direct and indirect taxation including income tax, TDS, assessments, and compliancesPrepare and manage investor data, presentations, MIS, and financial modelsSupport fundraising, M&A activities, and D2C business acquisitions including due diligence, valuations, and integrationsManage company investments including evaluation, structuring, returns analysis, and complianceDesign and monitor the investment portfolio, aligned with business and treasury strategyDrive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with business growthSet up and strengthen financial controls, processes, and SOPsAct as a strategic finance partner to founders, providing clear financial insights for decision-makingMandatory Requirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory10+ years of relevant experienceProven experience in M&A and D2C business acquisitionStrong experience in investor data preparation, presentations, and financial modelingHands-on audit experience (statutory, internal, GST, tax)Complete working knowledge of GST and taxationStrong control over P&L, balance sheet, and cash flowsExperience in D2C brands preferred
