You will primarily work onQuickBooksalong with other leading international accounting platforms.Key Responsibilities As a Junior Accountant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Maintainingclient books of accountsfor US-based businesses. Passing and reviewingBank and Credit Card entriesand performingBank Reconciliations. Managing Accounts Receivable (AR)andAccounts Payable (AP)entries. Preparingfinancial reportsas per individual client requirements. Assisting inpreparation of financial statements and reporting , which will be a major part of your daily work. UsingMS Office tools , especiallyExcel , for reporting, analysis and documentation. You will be trained and guided, but you will also be expected to takeownership and responsibilityfor the books you handle.Tools & Software You’ll Work On Primary:QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) Others (as per client needs): Xero, Sage, Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium , etc. Don’t worry if you haven’t used all of these already, we provide structured training to help you become confident on the required platforms.Eligibility & Qualifications Education: / / CA Intermediate Experience: 1–2 years of experience (Accounting/Bookkeeping experience preferred) Prior experience inUS Accounting / US Bookkeepingis an added advantage Most importantly, we are looking for individuals who are seekinglong-term personal and professional growth with the organization.Skills & Prerequisites You’re a strong fit if you have: Awareness ofbasic accountancy terminology. Working knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Basic knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel(formulas, filters, basic analysis). Theability to read, write and understand Englishclearly.
