Circle Head - Jabalpur

Company: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of passive telecom infrastructure (towers, power systems, shelters, and related assets) across the assigned telecom circle. The role involves ensuring high uptime, optimal energy efficiency, preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor management, SLA compliance, and cost control while maintaining network availability as per client agreements. Lead O&M activities across all telecom sites within the circle. Ensure >99.95% uptime for all passive infrastructure (towers, DG sets, batteries, power systems, etc.). Implement preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and enforce compliance. Manage a team of Cluster Managers, Field Engineers, and Technicians. Supervise third-party vendors for site upkeep, diesel filling, security, and equipment servicing. Track and manage all critical and non-critical infrastructure assets. Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce asset failures. Project planning, Site Coordination/Monitoring, Site Execution and preparation of handover documents Ensure business development in the circle, cost control, timely collection of payments as per the targets Regular interaction with the team and customer and maintain most preferred vendor status with all customers Experience 12 to 17 YearsIndustry Preferred Telecom Business O&MQualifications B.
