Create and manage project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure smooth execution. Drive Agile and Scrum practices across teams. Ensure timely delivery aligned with quality standards and client expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership. Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies. Proven experience delivering projects for international clients (US, UAE, Europe). Hands-on expertise in solution architecture, system design, and technical delivery.
