Remote Sensing & GIS Analyst

Key Responsibilities- Perform satellite image analysis using optical and microwave data - Work on crop mapping, weather data analysis, and related geospatial activities - Create, manage, and analyze large GIS datasets - Utilize Google Earth Engine for geospatial data processing and analysis - Develop and implement AI/ML models for image analytics - Conduct spatial data analysis using R and Python - Process and interpret microwave satellite data - Work with various GIS and remote sensing software tools - Prepare reports, maps, and insights based on geospatial dataRequired Qualifications- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Electronics / IT - OR - Post Graduation in: - Remote Sensing & GIS - Geo-informatics / Spatial Information Technology - Physics / Agriculture / Geography / Geology - Statistics / Environmental Science - MCARequired Skills & Experience- Minimum 4 years of experience in GIS and image analysis - Strong knowledge of Remote Sensing and GIS concepts - Hands-on experience with AI/ML and image analytics - Proficiency in R and Python - Experience in Google Earth Engine - Ability to handle large geospatial datasets - Familiarity with popular GIS and image processing softwarePreferred Skills- Experience in agriculture or weather-based projects - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good communication and reporting abilities
