Job Description:

A Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in identifying and generating opportunities for the sale ofspecialized products like spectrometers, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager(RSM) to meet regional sales targets. The role involves understanding market needs, buildingand maintaining strong relationships with clients, and keeping track of industry developments.A Sales Engineer is also responsible for monitoring competitor activities and providingnecessary after-sales support while ensuring payment recovery within agreed terms.Major responsibilities:• Opportunity Generation: Identify and develop sales opportunities for spectrometers, focusing on market penetration and client acquisition.• Market Analysis: Research and track new market needs, expansions, and potential projects to align sales strategies with emerging trends.• Client Information Management: Maintain updated client data, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of their operations and needs.• Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitors’ strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and analyze lost opportunities to refine sales approaches.• Post-Sales Support & Payment Recovery: Provide necessary documentation for after-sales service and ensure timely recovery of payments as per contract terms.Qualification:B.Tech/B.E. – Electronics (preferred) OR any engineering fieldExperience: 5+ yearsLocation: Indore and Raipur
