Join us in redefining the art of dining.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and manage our marketing function end-to-end. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable planning marketing calendars, executing multi-channel campaigns, and managing a team of 4 marketing professionals. You will own the entire marketing engine — from strategy to execution to reporting — and will be the single point of accountability for all marketing outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Calendar Management•Develop and own the annual and quarterly marketing calendar, ensuring timely planning and execution across all channels.•Align marketing initiatives with business goals, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand milestones.•Ensure all campaigns are planned, briefed, and delivered on schedule with clear ownership and deadlines.Team Leadership & Oversight• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 marketing professionals across content, design, performance, and social media.• Assign tasks, set KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and ensure individual and team accountability.• Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.Digital Marketing & Performance• Plan and oversee all digital marketing activities including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and WhatsApp marketing.• Monitor campaign performance, optimise budgets, and drive ROI across paid and organic channels.• Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging best practices.SEO & Content Strategy• Drive the SEO strategy — including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and keyword research.• Oversee content creation for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and WhatsApp broadcast campaigns.• Ensure all published content is optimised for search, engagement, and conversion.Analytics, Reporting & Execution• Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards.• Present performance reports and actionable insights to leadership on a weekly/monthly basis.• Translate data into clear next steps and continuously iterate on campaigns.Requirements & QualificationsExperience:•3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with at least 1 year in a leadership/managerial role.•Proven track record in managing end-to-end marketing operations and leading small teams.•Platform Expertise (Must-Have):•Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Ads)•Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)•Instagram organic growth, reels strategy, and influencer coordination•WhatsApp Business API / WhatsApp marketing tools•Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager•SEO Knowledge:•Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.•Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.•Education:•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
