About the Role : Essenzaa Pilates, Indore’s premium Merrithew STOTT PILATES® studio, is looking for a full-time Creative Video & Digital Content Manager to bring our brand to life through powerful visuals and consistent online storytelling. What you will do : Shoot high-quality videos and photos of classes, instructors, and behind-the-scenes moments Edit reels, stories, and photos that look premium, cinematic, and emotionally engaging Research and Create Content Calendar while Posting & schedule content across Instagram, Google Business, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn Grow followers through creative ideas, trends, and storytelling Maintain brand tone, captions, and consistency across platforms Track weekly insights (reach, saves, DMs) and suggest improvements Later: Help set up and manage the YouTube channel (repurpose top reels into Shorts/videos) Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, Notion AI, OpusClip) to simplify workflow You are a Perfect Fit if you Have 1–3 years of experience in video shooting + editing + social media Management Are skilled in CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro / Lightroom / Canva etc Understand lighting, angles, storytelling, and composition Are proactive, reliable, and available full-time in-studio (Mahalaxmi Nagar, Indore) Love fitness, creativity, and content that inspires women Apply : Send 2–3 of your best video edits or reels or Portfolio to or send your resume to whatsapp Agencies please do not apply instead whatsapp on about the value they can create.
