Digital Marketing Account ManagerLocation: On-site/Indore (Please only apply if you can work from Indore) Type: Full-Time About the role We are seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead client accounts and ensure smooth execution of social media, content, and production-driven campaigns. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, client management, and creative execution , along with the ability to manage a team and deliver impactful marketing outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management. Understand client goals, translate them into actionable marketing strategies, and manage expectations throughout. Present strategies, reports, and creative ideas with confidence and clarity. Social Media & Content MarketingOversee social media management for multiple clients, including content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement. Plan and execute content marketing initiatives that align with client brand positioning and objectives. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver high-quality outputs. Production & UGCPlan, coordinate, and manage UGC shoots and high-end productions (photo, video, and influencer-driven). Ensure production activities align with brand identity, campaign goals, and platform trends. Work with vendors, creators, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget. Team LeadershipManage and mentor a team of 10 members across design, content, and account functions. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure timely project delivery. Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performance team culture. Performance Marketing (Basic Knowledge)Coordinate with the performance marketing team on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Understand fundamentals of campaign objectives, KPIs, and reporting to support client conversations. Requirements4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or account management (agency experience preferred). Strong expertise in social media strategy, content marketing, and campaign execution . Proven experience managing client relationships and large-scale projects . Exposure to UGC and production planning (experience in coordinating shoots is a plus). Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5+ people . Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads (hands-on is a bonus, but not mandatory). Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
