The role involves strategic production planning, resource optimization, audit readiness, deviation & CAPA management, continuous improvement initiatives, and active involvement in site transfer and tech transfer projects.Desired Exposure:- Aseptic & sterile manufacturing operations - cGMP compliance, regulatory audits & QMS documentation (BMR/BPR) - Large team handling & capacity optimization - Greenfield/Brownfield projects, IPD & site transfers - HSE, cost optimization, yield & efficiency improvement
