You will learn production Java development by shipping real services, working with Spring Boot, and contributing to a codebase that handles millions of daily transactions.Key Responsibilities:- Write Java code for backend microservices and APIs under senior guidance- Learn Spring Boot and modern Java engineering practices in a production setting- Fix bugs, add unit tests, and participate in feature development work- Contribute to code reviews and learn by reviewing others' code- Build your understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems basics- Grow through structured mentorship, 1:1s, and real project ownershipRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of Java development experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field- Solid grasp of Java fundamentals — OOP, collections, exception handling- Familiarity with Spring, Spring Boot, or equivalent Java frameworks- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithmsEqual Opportunity Employer:Joveo is an equal opportunity employer.
