MAUI Android Lead

Our Client is seeking an experienced MAUI Android Lead for Chennai and Indore location in India. Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in software development, with proven experience in leading development teams. Salary Range: 25 lacs to 30 lacs Job Type: Permanent Work Type: Onsite (Office) Only Technological knowledge: Extensive knowledge of C# and Android development. Mandatory Multi-Platform App UI expertise Experience with modern software architectures (e.g., microservices). Familiarity with cloud technologies and services (e.g., Azure). Knowledge of migrating desktop applications to mobile platforms. Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to overcome technical challenges. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Experience in creating technical documentation and architecture specifications. Responsibilities: Understand Existing Systems Analyze and understand the current application, including business logic, workflows, and technical constraints. Code Migration & Compatibility Migrate shared/common codebase while ensuring compatibility with the Windows environment. Design and Solutioning Contribute to architectural decisions during development due to the absence of a finalized design. Identify migration challenges and propose effective technical solutions. UI/UX Layer Development Design and implement a modern mobile UI/UX layer that aligns with existing business processes. Problem Solving & Innovation Tackle complex development and integration challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate adaptability in dynamic and evolving technical environments. Team Collaboration Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Code Quality & Unit Testing Own the quality and functionality of your components. Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability (note: QA/testing handled by a separate team). Technical Leadership Guide team members in solving technical problems and overcoming development hurdles. Set technical direction and maintain coding best practices within the team.
