This role is focused on designing and delivering agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem.This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, solution architecture experience, and the ability to operate in a managed services environment.Key Responsibilities:Agent Design & Development (Client Delivery)Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot StudioDevelop multi-turn conversation flows, topic authoring, and generative AI orchestrationBuild agentic solutions leveraging autonomous actions (Copilot agents, Power Automate flows, APIs/connectors)Create and maintain custom connectors, cloud flows, and Dataverse integrationsImplement fallback logic, escalation paths, and AI safety guardrails aligned to enterprise standardsAgentic Solutions ArchitectureArchitect single-agent, multi-agent, and orchestrator-agent solutions across enterprise systemsEvaluate and recommend appropriate patterns (human-in-the-loop vs. autonomous) based on risk/complexityIntegrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint) and Azure servicesSupport development of internal agent marketplace/catalog frameworksGovernance & Responsible AIApply AI governance principles (least privilege, prompt injection mitigation, monitoring, kill-switch design)Document agent logic, data flow, permissions, and escalation processesEnsure compliance with data privacy, residency, and audit requirementsParticipate in AI risk assessments and deployment reviewsPractice & Delivery ExcellenceMonitor deployed solutions for performance, accuracy, and user adoptionIterate based on telemetry and client feedbackContribute to delivery playbooks, SLAs, and post-deployment runbooksBuild reusable components, templates, and acceleratorsStay current on Microsoft Copilot roadmap and apply new capabilities to client environmentsTechnical LeadershipAct as SME for Copilot Studio and agentic AI solutions across client engagementsLead discovery sessions, architecture reviews, and design workshopsEstablish development standards and governance frameworksMentor junior developers and client-side citizen developersRequired Qualifications:7+ years of experience in enterprise application development, automation, or AI solutions5+ years in a client-facing or managed services environmentHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (agent/bot development)Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Platform connectors, and DataverseWorking knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding, and RAG conceptsExperience integrating REST APIs and Microsoft Graph APIExperience with Azure AI services.Understanding of Microsoft 365 tenant architecture, licensing, and permissionsProven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneouslyExperience leading technical discovery and solution design sessionsNice-to-Haves:Exposure to enterprise AI governance frameworksExperience building reusable AI/automation frameworks or acceleratorsBackground in managed services or consulting environmentsMust have skills:Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for at least 5+ years.Experience with Azure AI services.Strong experience with Power Platform ecosystem.Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding, and RAG concepts.Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.Designing and delivering agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem.
