About the Job Job Title : Java QA Automation Engineer Skills : Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, Automation Frameworks, CI/CD, Agile Testing Experience Required : 5+ Years Location : Indore (Work from Office) Notice Period : Immediate to 20 Days (Preferred) Job Description: We are seeking a Java QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Selenium to join our innovative team at InfoBeans. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks to ensure the quality of enterprise-grade solutions. Note : Profiles with BDD and Cucumber as the only automation experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand testing requirements. Execute and manage test cases, document results, and track defects. Enhance and maintain automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency. Review test code, suggest improvements, and enforce quality standards. Monitor test performance and optimize for speed and accuracy. Stay current with automation trends, tools, and emerging technologies. Mentor junior QA engineers in automation best practices. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing. Strong expertise in Java and Selenium WebDriver. Familiarity with JavaScript and test frameworks (TestNG or JUnit). Excellent analytical and debugging skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proven experience working in Agile environments; knowledge of CI/CD is a plus. Proactive, collaborative mindset with problem-solving ability. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Not Required: Experience with BDD or Cucumber.
