Syllabus enrichment as per the current trend / developments/ as per statutory councils. To resolve assignment, examination and academic related queries. Research and study of current market demands, programs running in other Universities etc. and giving ideas regarding introducing new programs. Should try & initiate to bring Grant in aid for the projects from the UGC / Statutory Bodies/ Grant in agencies Prepare class sessions and assignments to help students grasp the course content and how it integrates with overall developments of student learning outcomes for the course. Use of innovative teaching methods and best practices. Should abide by the examination duties and ensure timely assessment of examinations and project work. Deliver the lectures & practices in lab for students skill development. Coordination in lab related activities, student skills development activities. Contribution in academic administration activities, admissions, internship, Co-Curricular activities and placement activities. Professional and industrial Development activities such as attending seminars, conferences, training etc. Provide academic support and guide, be a mentor to students. And faculty grievance handling Research Publication in Journals / Books/Articles. Work on consultancy projects and guide the students & staff wherever found necessary. Working on sponsored projects. Participation and presentation of papers in conference & seminars. Involvement in various activities / programs / events organized by university. Should actively participate in inspections conducted by State / UGC / NAAC/ other statutory councils. Organize the workshops/ seminars from good Industrialist to motivate the students, develop industry network. Take appropriate steps for personality development of students and to improve the Personality the skills of the students for placements and benefits of student’s skills development. Any other work assigned from time to time by the management.Technical Skillsets Required Analytical Skills , Leadership Skills, Team building, Business acumen, Finance acumen, Good Subject Knowledge, skill module knowledge, fluency in communication (verbal and written), Student handle practice, proactive in administrative work, innovation and extracurricular activities.Skills Require Proactive attitude, mentorship, enthusiastic, positive attitude, good faculty and student relation, Delegation.
