Experience in herbal product development is a plus.Qualifications- Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Research techniques - Proficiency in Analytical Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving - Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal - Solid Laboratory Skills and ability to follow protocols and ensure precision - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying innovative solutions - Bachelor's & Master's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field is a must - Must have experience in R&D - Must have knowledge of cosmetics formulation
