Role Description Guildstars is seeking a dedicated Data Analyst for a full-time, remote role. The Data Analyst will leverage analytical tools and methodologies to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support key business decisions. Responsibilities include creating data models, generating actionable insights, collaborating with teams to identify trends, and delivering clear reports and visualizations. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process optimization and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analytics for extracting insights and making data-driven decisions.Proficiency in Statistics to analyze data trends and draw meaningful conclusions.Experience in Data Modeling for developing and implementing data organization frameworks.Strong Communication skills to articulate findings effectively to diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or similar technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
