This role will play a critical leadership position within the firm, working closely with senior leadership based in the United States. The Director of International Operations will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling the India-based team while driving operational efficiency, quality, and execution across multiple functions that support the firm’s global activities. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Operations ManagementRecruit, train, mentor, and oversee the India-based team across various operational functionsDrive operational efficiency, process improvements, and quality standardsEnsure high-quality execution and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) on final work productsSupport cross-functional collaboration between India and U.S. teams Middle Office FunctionsOversee deal pipeline management and reportingManage CRM systems and ensure data integritySupport deal sourcing initiatives and outreach coordinationReview and manage NDAs Back Office FunctionsSupervise internal accounting coordination and financial documentationReview and approve expensesMaintain and enhance internal reporting processesSupport Limited Partner reporting and returns calculations Portfolio Company OversightMonitor and track monthly KPIs and financial performance of portfolio companiesTrack covenant compliance and maintain related documentation Front Office SupportOversee financial due diligence activities, including:Three-statement financial modellingDatabook creationDrafting investment memorandumsParticipate in weekly Investment Committee meetings and provide analytical support  Qualifications & PrerequisitesMinimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including leadership experience building and managing teams in financial services, investment banking, private credit, private equity, or related fieldsStrong academic background with a bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Management, Business Studies, or a related discipline from a reputable institutionDemonstrated expertise in investment analysis and advanced financial modellingStrong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teamsProven ability to manage multiple functions and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can scale teams, implement structure, and maintain high-quality standards while supporting investment and operational workflows.
