Job Title:Business Analyst Location : Indore Job Type : Full-time Experience Level : 4-8 Years *Telecom experience is mandatory for this role.Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving efficiency, and delivering impactful results. This individual will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects that align with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities: Gather business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear, detailed functional requirements, and creating various artifacts like process flowcharts, user manuals and user stories. Ability to drive the discussion, resolve the conflicting requirements and derive the straightforward solution which should be user driven and user friendly. Evaluate existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and strive to improve operational efficiency and performance. Should be flexible to handle any change request. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and solutions. Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet requirements.Education & Skill: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. (Master's degree a plus) 4+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira). Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements. Ability to critically analyze complex requirements, identify root causes of problems, and develop effective solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical and business information to diverse audiences. Excellent presentation capability to demonstrate over Show N Tell enabling the audience to understand new features Basic understanding of SQL Excellent understanding of Excel.
