Assistant Manager- Community ManagerKey Responsibilities (Mention responsibilities applicable to the position. Add rows if needed)a) Ensure every revenue village/habitation have covered with FHTCs as per JJM guidelines.b) Ensure every revenue village done PRA and prepare VAP with participatory approach.c) To provide assistance in conducting PRA and VAPd) Ensure every village have constituted VWSC, as per JJM guidelines/Gazette Notificationof MP. e) Liaising/coordination among Gram Panchayat/Jila Panchayat/MPJN/PIU and otherconcerned line department.f) To provide necessary support for Capacity Building plan, Surveys, IEC activities plan andSocial Mobilization Activities.g) Any other task relevant to the project for social mobilization and other activities of theproject.h) To steer the Project Team in the implementation of the JJM programme and its objectives.i) To support, Monitor and Evaluate the JJM programme on a regular basis to achieve itsmilestones and objectives within the defined time frame.j) Apart from above, he/she will be responsible for implementing JJM guidelinesEducation: MSW
