This role is ideal for someone eager to combine marketing, recruitment, and social media skills into one. What We’re Looking For : Background (preferred, not mandatory): Recruitment / healthcare staffing exposure (understanding urgency, compliance & nurse priorities). Experience with social media content creation, reels, Canva, or ads. Community management (Facebook groups, online engagement). Bonus: Nursing or healthcare-related background. Core Skills : Content creation (short videos, reels, graphics via Canva/CapCut). Copywriting (job ads, captions). Running/optimizing FB/IG ads + tracking performance (UTMs, GA, CRM). Quick lead qualification & outreach mindset (recruitment style). Community building (DMs, live Q&As, trust-building). Traits : Outgoing & camera-friendly. Empathetic communicator.
