If you are passionate about visual storytelling and eager to translate brand strategies into engaging multimedia assets, we encourage you to apply!Key Responsibilities:Video Production & Editing: Edit both short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form video content, ensuring optimal pacing, sound design, and visual transitions.High Volume Digital Content: Design exceptional static assets, including Reels covers, carousels, and stories tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Branding & Identity: Assist in the conceptualization and development of brand identities (color palettes, typography, mood boards) for new and existing clients.Campaign Assets: Create compelling banner ads, campaign creatives, and custom graphics for clients.Brand Compliance: Ensure all visual output is of the highest quality and strictly adheres to individual client brand guidelines.Conceptualization & Innovation: Proactively stay current on design and video trends, utilizing AI tools to boost idea generation and workflow efficiency.Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple multimedia projects simultaneously to meet fast paced agency deadlines.Qualifications & Skills:Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a multidisciplinary creative role. A strong portfolio demonstrating both video editing and graphic design capabilities is mandatory.Technical Proficiency: Required expertise in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut) as well as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.Equipment Requirement (BYOD): You must possess and bring your own laptop/device with sufficient processing power to smoothly run industry-standard design and video editing software.Job DetailsRole Type: Full-time, On-site (Non-remote position).Location: 102, United Spaces, Above Malabar Gold, M.G Road, Indore.Work Hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Work Days: 6-day work week.
