Job SummaryThe Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for performing all daily AP functions related to US operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, payment execution, and month-end activities.Job Description-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.1–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable (US accounting experience preferred).Hands-on experience with AP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.).Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time-management skills.Ability to handle high-volume transactions.CompetenciesStrong communication and problem-solving skills.Integrity and strict adherence to financial controls.Team player with ability to work independently.Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Flexible with US Shift- 5.30PM-2.30AMPreferable Indore local CandidatesExp- 1-4yrs
