Delivering from Redmond-WA, USA, Guadalajara, Mexico and Hyderabad, India, our scalable solutions cater precisely to diverse business requirements and multiple time zones (US time zone alignment).About Role/Project:We are looking for a Senior Technical Writer who can own, elevate, and standardize all written and presentation content across the organization.This role is critical in shaping how we communicate with clients, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling, and outcome-driven narratives that resonate with business and executive stakeholders.Responsibilities:- Content Strategy & Ownership - Own the quality, consistency, and structure of all external and internal content including:Website contentBlogs and thought leadership articlesWhitepapers and case studiesSolution briefs and proposalsSales and executive presentationsAzure Marketplace offerings - AddedDrive a unified content vision aligned with our go-to-market (GTM) strategy.Technical Storytelling- Translate complex topics across Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Data & AI) into:Clear, customer-friendly messagingBusiness outcome-driven narrativesExecutive-level summaries and insightsEnsure all content highlights value, differentiation, and real-world impact, not just technical features.Presales & Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with solution architects, presales teams, and leadership to:Shape compelling proposals and pitch decksRefine messaging for client presentationsAlign content with industry use cases and customer pain pointsContent Standardization & Governance- Establish and enforce content frameworks, including:Tone and voice guidelinesStandard terminology and narrativesDocument and presentation templatesVisual storytelling and flowBuild and maintain style guides and reusable assets to scale content creation efficiently.Editing & Quality Assurance- Edit and finalize all key documents and presentations to ensure:Logical flow and clarityProfessional polishConsistency across all materialsExecutive-readinessPreferred Qualifications:- Experience: 6–10+ years in technical writing, content strategy, or presales content (preferably in IT services or consulting) - Strong understanding of Microsoft stack: - Azure (Cloud) - Power Platform - Dynamics 365 - Data & AI solutions - Proven ability to convert technical concepts into business value narratives - Experience working with presales, consulting, or solutioning teams - Excellent command over written English, storytelling, and structured communicationEqual Employment Opportunity Declaration:WCT is an equal opportunity employer.
