Copywriter

Key Responsibilities: Edit and proofread content for grammar, syntax, spelling, punctuation, readability, and tone consistency. Apply brand style guides (terminology, capitalization, abbreviations, localization nuances) consistently. Improve flow, remove ambiguity, and standardize phrasing while preserving approved messaging and author intent. Perform editorial checks across formats: web, emails, ads, brochures, UI strings, video supers, captions. Ensure consistency across asset families and campaign sets (headline systems, CTAs, naming conventions). Partner with designers to ensure copy is scannable, fits layouts, and supports digital performance. Maintain editorial checklists and contribute to continuous quality improvement. Required Skills & Experience: editing/copywriting experience; healthcare/pharma exposure preferred. Strong editorial judgment across multiple formats and channels. Comfort with high-volume production and tight turnaround times. Tools (Preferred):Acrobat, MS Word (Track Changes), Google Docs (Suggesting), Workfront/Aprimo, CMS familiarity. Success Metrics (Examples):Editorial error rate, readability improvements, rework reduction, on-time delivery, consistency audit outcomes.
