Cameraman – Roles & ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll DoManage Podcast Shoots: Handle complete podcast setups including camera positioning,framing, lighting, and basic audio coordination to ensure a professional look and feel.Product Photography: Capture high-quality product shots — both lifestyle and studio — thathighlight design, detail, and brand aesthetic.Social Media Content: Shoot reels, short videos, and behind-the-scenes moments optimizedfor platforms like Instagram and YouTube.Shoot Setup & Execution: Design and execute creative shoot setups across variouslocations and themes, ensuring each frame tells a story.Lighting Management: Operate and maintain studio lighting gear including continuous lights,softboxes, and reflectors for consistent visual quality.Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring brandcampaigns and visual ideas to life.What We’re Looking ForStrong understanding of angles, composition, and lighting for both indoor and outdoorenvironments.Hands-on experience with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and lighting setups.Basic knowledge of editing tools like Lightroom, Photoshop,(Mandatory) and Premiere Pro(preferred but not mandatory).A creative eye with sharp attention to detail and visual storytelling.Ability to work on-site, manage quick turnarounds, and deliver consistent quality under tightdeadlines.Bonus PointsExperience in shooting interviews, fashion, or product-based content.Familiarity with color grading and video stabilization techniques.Understanding of framing for social media formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9
