Job Title - TTH Delivery HeadExperience - 17+ yearsSkills - Delivery & Airlines Domain Experience Location - HyderabadWe at Coforge are hiring TTH Delivery Head with the following skillset:Own P&L for the delivery portfolio, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.Define and execute delivery strategy aligned with business growth and scalability goals.Govern delivery KPIs including margins, CSAT, SLAs, utilization, and delivery predictability.Establish strong delivery governance, quality frameworks, and risk management across programs.Act as a trusted advisor to CxO/VP stakeholders; lead service reviews and steering committees.Partner with Sales and Account teams to drive account growth through upsell and cross‑sell.Lead, mentor, and scale high‑performing Program and Project Management teams.Drive talent development, succession planning, and a culture of accountability and excellence.Required Skills - Strong Airline / Aviation domain experience is mandatoryProven delivery leadership with P&L ownership in large, complex accountsExcellent client‑facing and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing large, complex account portfoliosTrack record of scaling delivery, improving margins, and driving operational excellence
