Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, extensibility, and limitations. Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Graph. Knowledge of AI and Gen AI Experience in CoPilot Experience assessing data readiness, security, and compliance for Copilot enablement. Proven presales experience including workshops, demos, business cases, and RFP responses.
