Data and AI Solution Delivery Lead

We are Hiring: Solutions Delivery Lead – AI & Data for our Hyderabad office.AI is reshaping every Enterprise. ReKnew is the team helping them navigate it and we need a sharp, delivery-focused AI & Data leader to grow with us in Hyderabad.This isn't a maintenance role. You'll be architecting GenAI and Agentic solutions, leading client engagements, and helping enterprises genuinely transform.What you'll do: Lead AI & Data delivery for Enterprise clients across Retail, BFSI, and Logistics. Design cloud-native data platforms and GenAI/Agentic architectures using LangGraph, MCP, and A2A. Lead workshops, respond to RFPs, and shape transformation roadmaps. Work directly with C-suite stakeholders to bridge business strategy and technical execution.What you bring: Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI & Data solutions. Hands-on with GenAI/LLM deployments and Multi-Agent architectures. Strong cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Deep knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, and dbt. MLOps experience with tools like MLFlow, Kubeflow, and Airflow. A track record of leading client-facing delivery at scale.Why ReKnew? We are a startup built by practitioners, not consultants.
