You will be responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of learning programs and operations. In this role, you may work on one or across multiple areas of learning and development, such as Leadership Development, Inclusion, Onboarding, Restaurant Curriculum, Corporate Development, Engagement, or Operations. You will drive forward McDonald’s learning strategy and provide program support such as content management, content improvement, program forecasting/scheduling, end-to-end learner experience and communications, translations, and / or data analysis and insights. This role requires strong collaboration across L&D, global/regional teams, and crossfunctional stakeholders. In addition, you may lead a team of direct and / or indirect reports, providing development and coaching to foster a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, operational excellence, and a passion for enabling learning at scale. The candidate is expected to reside in India.Job Description:We are excited to announce an opening for Manager, Learning & Development Delivery at MCC India.Please find below the details of the role and its responsibilities.Skills Required:- Learning Management System, LMS, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, - E-Learning, WBT's, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, SCORMExperience Range:- 7 - 11 yearsResponsibilities:In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Program Management & Delivery:- Lead end-to-end delivery of ILT, VILT, and OnDemand learning programs. - Oversee deployment planning, scheduling, instructor coordination, and learner communications. - Ensure alignment with global standards and local market needs.Stakeholder Collaboration:- Partner with People Solutions, Learning Tech, and Market SMEs to ensure seamless execution. - Collaborate with global PEX teams to align on priorities and share best practices.Operational Excellence:- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline manual processes. - Monitor and manage learning mailboxes, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives.Data & Insights:- Lead measurement and analytics efforts to assess program effectiveness. - Provide actionable insights through dashboards and reports to inform decision-making.Communications & Marketing:- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials for learning programs. - Analyze engagement metrics and recommend improvements.People Management:- Ability to develop and grow individuals' capabilities and provide meaningful feedback on a continuous basis.Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a global or matrixed organization. - Proven experience managing large-scale learning programs. - Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). - Experience with LMS / LXP platforms and digital learning tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. - Experience in instructional design / learning experience design across different learning modalities (ILT, eLearning, virtual, performance support) - Experience with scenario / project-based and game-based learning design - Experience applying change management and marketing strategy to engage learners as plus - Experience operating in large, multi-national corporation in a highly matrixed, complex structure - Experience working and collaborating with global teams across many countries and cultures - Experience driving cross-functional alignment of content, processes and initiatives
