Role: Technical Delivery Manager – VeevaLocation: HyderabadExperience: 15+ YearsDomain: Life Sciences | Healthcare | Digital R&DRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager – Veeva to lead platform configuration, governance, and delivery for Veeva Vault applications within Digital R&D. This role requires deep expertise in Veeva Vault along with strong leadership capabilities to manage delivery teams, drive configuration excellence, and ensure compliance within regulated (GxP) environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Governance & ConfigurationManage Veeva Vault platform configurations and governance for Clinical or Regulatory Vault environmentsEnsure compliance with GxP regulations, validation standards, and data integrity requirementsOversee Veeva documentation management processes and configuration governanceDelivery & Stakeholder CollaborationCoordinate with Technical Service Owners, Business System Owners, and Product Line Owners to align delivery with business objectivesPartner with Scrum Masters, product teams, and business stakeholders to define configuration strategies and ensure regulatory alignmentProvide expert guidance for critical incidents and major platform changesTeam Leadership & Capability BuildingLead and manage support teams, vendors, and contractors supporting Veeva platformsMentor and guide configuration engineers and DevOps specialists, fostering a culture of technical excellenceDrive training programs and support Key User enablement initiativesRelease Management & Continuous ImprovementAssess the impact of Veeva product releases (three times annually) and plan remediation or upgrade strategiesMaintain documentation of system configurations, architecture decisions, and processes using JIRA, Confluence, and validated repositoriesDrive improvements in configuration governance, automation, and operational efficiencyCollaborate with Veeva and strategic partners to adopt best practices and new platform capabilitiesRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field15+ years of experience in Veeva Vault configuration and administration within regulated (GxP) environments3–5 years of leadership or technical delivery management experienceMandatory Veeva Certification in one or more Vault applications (RIM, Quality, Clinical, Commercial)Deep expertise in Vault configuration components including lifecycle, workflows, objects, security models, and SDKsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle, release management, and change control processesExperience working within Agile delivery frameworksPreferred ExperienceExperience working within healthcare or life sciences organizationsStrong stakeholder management and consultative communication skillsAbility to lead complex technical discussions and influence senior stakeholders across technical and business teams
