Key Responsibilities:Overall expereince of 20 plus years
Extensive expereince in BFS handling multiple accounts.
Strong people management and customer relationship skills
Experience with managed services
Managing major BFS account portfolio (like $ 30 M) with 200 plus employees
Support account mining, expansion initiatives, and delivery excellence programs.
Manage distributed teams and ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and SLA adherence.
Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven background in Banking domain architectures, including understanding of core banking processes, regulatory context, and domain-driven design patterns.
