Snowflake Delivery Manager

Job Overview: The Snowflake Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery and implementation of Snowflake-based data solutions. The role requires strong experience in data analysis, Snowflake architecture, cloud platforms, and data engineering, combined with project leadership, delivery governance, and stakeholder engagement. Primary Roles & Responsibilities: Please contact #7976457434 or #Experience: 7+ Years (with 5+ years of Snowflake experience)Should have handled team: 15+ members Primary Roles & Responsibilities: • Own and manage the full delivery lifecycle of Snowflake-based data engineering projects. • Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and integrations. • Build and optimize high-performance data models, schemas, and analytical SQL queries. • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand source data, identify patterns, and drive informed design decisions. • Work closely with data analysts to translate business requirements into analytical data sets, KPIs, dashboards, and insights. • Integrate Snowflake with enterprise data sources, APIs, and third-party platforms. • Ensure adherence to data governance, security, compliance, and quality controls. • Collaborate with business teams to gather analytical requirements and define reporting metrics. • Monitor, optimize, and automate Snowflake storage, compute usage, and overall performance. • Lead delivery planning, sprint execution, reporting, and milestone alignment. • Hands-on experience integrating with cloud storage and ETL tools (dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Airflow). • Support real-time and batch analytical workloads within cloud ecosystems. • Maintain documentation for Data Models, Lineage, Analytical Workflows, and transformations.Key Skills & Expertis: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred). 7+ years of experience in IT services with focus on data engineering and cloud data delivery. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake. Strong background in leading enterprise-scale Snowflake implementations. Proficiency in Data Analysis, data profiling, data validation, and interpretation of analytical outputs. Ability to work with stakeholders to define KPIs, dashboards, and analytics use-cases. Hands-on experience building secure, efficient data pipelines and ELT processes. Solid understanding of cloud data architecture, data lakes, and modern data platforms. Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud ecosystems. Working knowledge of AI/ML integration, IoT data, and edge analytics. Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders including C-suite. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Snowflake certification(s) Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Knowledge of data observability/data quality frameworks DevOps CI/CD pipeline exposure
