End-to-End Delivery Management Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—requirement intake, sourcing, screening, submission, interviews, onboarding, and delivery timelines. Client Requirement Understanding & Coordination Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand job needs, set expectations, and ensure continuous alignment. Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruiting team; monitor KPIs like submissions, interviews, offers, and joins. Quality & SLA Compliance Ensure profile quality, timely submissions, and adherence to client SLAs, including TAT, accuracy, and compliance standards. Pipeline & Workforce Planning Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines; forecast hiring needs and allocate recruiter bandwidth efficiently. Stakeholder Reporting & Escalation Handling Prepare daily/weekly dashboards, track delivery metrics, and address challenges, escalations, or bottlenecks proactively.
