Copilot Trainer

We are seeking an experienced .NET C# professional to lead a classroom and practical training program on GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted coding best practices. The trainer will design and deliver weekly sessions blending theory, live demos, and hands-on labs, guiding developers from basic Copilot usage to advanced enterprise integration. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, creating real-world coding exercises, mentoring participants on effective prompt design, demonstrating GitHub repository workflows, enabling CI/CD automation with AI assistance, and ensuring adherence to secure coding standards. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, GitHub workflows, and CI/CD pipelines, along with a deep understanding of AI-driven code generation. Excellent communication, mentoring skills, and a passion for technology adoption are essential. Prior experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools is highly desirable.
