Dive deeper into our journey and vision at the RoleWe are hiring a Technical Support Associate based in Hyderabad. You will work with our product development team on CAD-based tasks and documentation. You will also handle client support — answering queries and providing on-site assistance. This role is best suited for someone with a Civil Engineering or Architecture background who is comfortable working directly with clients. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the product development team by preparing CAD drawings using our custom AutoCAD plugin.Prepare and maintain clear, accurate product documentation.Resolve product-related queries through multiple support channels — ticketing system, 1-on-1 online calls, and in-person meetings.Work at client sites to provide direct technical support to clients and end users.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized institution.Practical knowledge of local Development Control Regulations (DCR).1–2 years of experience in technical support, AutoCAD-based roles, or client-facing environments (added advantage).Prior experience in on-field operations (added advantage).
