About the CompanyKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise platforms.Develop scalable applications deployed on Azure Cloud / Red Hat OpenShift environments.Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment.Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka for system integrations.Design and manage database solutions using PostgreSQL.Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA teams.Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership when required. QualificationsStrong backend development experience with Java (17+), Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.Experience building REST APIs and distributed systems.Hands-on experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.Strong understanding of JPA / Hibernate and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).Experience working with cloud environments.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for containerized deployments.Experience with Maven or Gradle, Git-based version control, and Agile development practices.Domain experience in Banking / FinTech, particularly payment processing systems.Exposure to EDI X12 standards (820, 824, 997) is a plus.Nice to have: Node.js, Angular, and Linux environments.
