Greetings from Wysetek!!We are recruiting for our Technology Solution DivisionHands on experience on Technology/ Product Knowledge: Trend Micro Vision OneLocation: Hyderabad/ MumbaiMode of Work: OnsiteOverall 10 Position open for L1, L2 & L3Job descriptionWe are hiring for multiple levels:L1 - Technical Specialist (Experience require: 2– 4 years)L2 – Technical Specialist ( Experience require: 5 – 8 years)L3 – Technical Specialist (Experience require: 8+ years)Location: Hyderabad / Mumbai- OnsiteTechnical Experience:Degree qualified in a relevant field (B.E or B. Tech or Computer graduate is must) and equivalent experience on TrendMicro XDR is essential.Relevant Certification will be advantageous.Job Description:Advance or complex installation and configuration.Follow up of service tickets opened on OEM.Knowledge transfer to EngineersFault isolation, case diagnosis and troubleshooting, updating operational knowledge base.Any cyber threat / incidents reported from branches/offices should be attended and a suitable solution should be provided and implemented to resolve the issue.All the XDR solution infrastructure (hardware, software, network) are to be kept in up and running condition.Overall application availability, health and performance monitoring will be part of the responsibility. Onsite team shall be responsible for application and database administration, daily technical housekeeping activities, patching, update/upgrade, configuration management, integration with other IT/Security solutions, monitoring, integration and fine tuning.Conducting threat hunting activities and proactive remediation / removal of threats to ensure Bank’s IT infrastructure is protected at all times.Incident Analysis, Investigation including Root cause analysis of alerts / incidents and submission of recommendations / remediation stepsRole & Responsibilities will changes as per Levels selected forCore CompetenciesSelf-starter with a high energy levelAbility to work with all levels of individuals.Good with Escalation matric know howExcellent communicator, both written and verbalAbility to articulate complex technical ideas.Ability to forecast accurately.We’re excited to review your applications!
