Role : Technical Specialist (Medical Device / Pharma) Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana Work Type : 100% Onsite Shift Timing : Night Shift (06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST) (Will be supporting in the Eastern Time Zone) Experience Level: 3–6 yearsAre you a technically strong professional with experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry—and interested in bridging your technical knowledge with recruitment and client engagement for global medical companies? We’re looking for a Technical Specialist who can collaborate closely with U.S.-based clients, understand their hiring needs, and identify top technical talent for specialized engineering and manufacturing roles. What You’ll Do : * Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. medical/pharma clients and technical recruiters. * Understand client technical needs, compliance standards, and FDA/ISO/GMP requirements. * Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and other Engineering roles. * Manage bench candidate training programs and monitor their readiness for deployment. * Track submissions, requisitions, and ensure timely profile delivery to clients. * Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.Qualifications : * Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences (Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, or related field preferred). * 3–6 years of combined experience in technical recruitment and/or manufacturing or quality engineering within Medical Device or Pharma industry sectors. * Strong understanding of FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and quality systems. * Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and recruitment databases. * Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours.
