Job Title: Associate L&D Primary skills : Program Facilitation, Communication, and Stakeholder Management. Mode of work: 5 Days Work from Office Experience: 5+ Years About the job: As an Associate L&D, you will partner with business leaders to assess learning needs, conduct needs assessments and manage role-based learning interventions. You will facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning programs, measure program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements. The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of learning initiatives. Job Summary: We are seeking an Associate L&D professional with over 3 years of experience in Talent Development. The role involves collaborating with business units to design and implement impactful learning solutions that drive business objectives. Strong skills in needs analysis, instructional design, and program facilitation are essential. Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to assess learning needs and implement tailored development programs. Conduct needs assessments and manage role-based learning interventions. Facilitate in-person, virtual, and blended learning programs. Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Development. Experience in designing and executing learning programs end-to-end. Strong skills in needs analysis, instructional design, and program facilitation. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
