Follow regulatory practices, rules and regulations. Promote an organization culture that fosters security & vigilance practices through effective leadership.Bring security & vigilance issues to the attention of CSO. Provide regulatory information, orders, instructions & circulars regarding security & vigilance issues within organization.Build and maintain an excellent working relationship within the organization and distribute desired level of security & vigilance related information to staff.Follow up all operational incidents.Liaise with external agencies to obtain latest information.Analyze and report internal risk factors.Stay abreast of latest developments in the market and provide action plans.Formulate and recommend new policies in consultation and coordination with CSO.Conduct periodical random checks / audits and initiate action.Inter-act with external agencies and initiate required action.Provide inputs in respect of security & vigilance services issues and initiate actions.Analyze and identify weak spots where fraud / theft & pilferages could take place and recommend preventive measures and follow up.Assist CSO in day to day operational activities with regards to security and vigilance.Responsible and accountable for overall quality, safety and security of operations.You will be responsible and accountable to make necessary operational decisions related to safety and security matters at all times whilst on duty.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONSBachelors/master’s Degree from a recognized university.RELEVANT EXPERIENCEShould possess the following experiences:6-7 years of experience in civil aviation Security & Vigilance.Have demonstrated ability in preparing management reports and data analysis.Good communicator and able to relate to all levels of staff with excellent interpersonal skills.PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURSCapable to investigate, resolve and produce the desire results to the management.Ability to think logically in addition to make quick decisions based on available facts and figures.Proven ability to lead, mentor young and dynamic groups of talent.Ability to work in teams whilst displaying a high degree of motivation, enthusiasm and commitment.
