Secundrabad.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager (Sales & Marketing) position, based out of Hyderabad. The selected candidate will lead sales operations, develop and implement business plans, maintain customer relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The role involves analyzing market trends, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while managing and mentoring the sales team for maximum efficiency.Qualificationsindustrial agro textile products, industrial cotton convas fabric, industrial shade net, anti insects net and hail net experience is preferrble Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and data for informed decision-making.Experience in Business Planning and strategic initiative development.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Expertise in Sales Operations, including team management and achieving sales targets.Proven problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification is a plus.Familiarity with the industrial explosives or manufacturing sector is desirable.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.MBA (Marketing ) or Equalant
