Sales Development Representative - Fresher || Location - HyderabadAbout the Role:We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to actively seek new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, and drive revenue growth through outbound sales efforts. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with prospects, and nurturing relationships to drive sales conversions.Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach Engage with prospective customers to understand requirements and pitch Keka's offerings Follow up on leads from marketing and outbound efforts to schedule sales demos Maintain high activity levels while meeting quality and productivity metrics Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitors Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and pipeline efficiency Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIsWork Details: Workdays : Monday to Friday Timings : 9:30 AM 6:30 PM Location : Keka HR, Gachibowli, HyderabadCompensation & Benefits: Please Note that the Compensation for the role will be3.5-5 LPA CTCEligibility Criteria: 0-1 Years Experience in Sales, Business Development (Fresher's are Welcome) Strong communication skills High zeal and strong interest in Sales Prior sales internship experience is a plus Minimum 70% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
