You will lead the operational excellence of all units, drive revenue through innovative sales strategies, and manage high-level institutional partnerships to ensure Ode Spa remains the gold standard in Indian wellness.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & Brand EvolutionBrand Transformation: Lead the ongoing business realignment and strategic growth of Ode Spa.Market Expansion: Spearhead the end-to-end launch and operational setup of high-traffic outlets, specifically within major airport terminals and luxury hotels.NBD & NPD: Utilize data-driven analytics to drive New Brand Development and New Product Development, ensuring service menus and retail products remain trend-aligned.2. Operational Excellence at ScaleWorkforce Management: Direct day-to-day operations for a nationwide workforce of 500+ employees, fostering a culture of high performance and professional grooming.Audit & Compliance: Enforce rigorous governance frameworks and brand audits to ensure 100% adherence to legal, safety, and premium quality standards across all outlets.P&L Management: Drive profitability by optimizing cost structures, managing inventory, and implementing efficient resource allocation.3. Sales, Partnership & Liaison ManagementInstitutional Liasoning: Act as the primary point of contact for elite partners, including Airport Authorities (AAI, Adani, GMR, CIAL) and luxury hospitality groups.Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase membership enrollment (Ode Club, Luxury, Premium) and retail product uptake.Repeat Business: Leverage the brand's 82% repeat visit rate to build long-term guest loyalty programs and localized marketing initiatives.4.
