Job Description:

Location : Hyderabad Onsite ( Night Shift )Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of potential US clients for AI and Automation solutions.Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution discussions with CXOs, Directors, and key decision-makers.Understand client challenges and recommend the right Intelligent Automation solutions.Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams on proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.Maintain and grow long-term client relationships.Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and stay updated on market trends.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience in ERP Sales (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).Strong understanding of US sales processes, time zones, and client expectations.Experience using AI based tools for end to end sales.Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and pipeline buildingExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.Ability to work in US shift timings.
