This role involves driving international sales efforts, developing customer relationships across global markets, and facilitating international trade processes. Responsibilities include handling client communications, addressing customer inquiries, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities in international markets.Qualifications Identify and develop new international sales opportunities Build and manage relationships with overseas investors and HNWIs Promote residential/commercial projects to global markets Conduct virtual and in-person property presentations Coordinate with legal, marketing, and CRM teams for seamless transactions Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing Participate in international property exhibitions and roadshows Maintain strong after-sales service and client retention
