Job Description:

We are seeking a results-oriented Manager - Salesforce CRM professional to support and enhance Salesforce environments across our private equity firm and its portfolio companies. This role requires working hours coverage of 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST to support clients across Europe and the Americas.The role requires hands-on Salesforce experience and a strong understanding of sales and customer lifecycle processes. This position will lead discrete workstreams across Salesforce implementations and enhancements, supporting activities from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, and deployment, while also contributing to ongoing platform optimization, reporting improvements, and day-to-day administration to ensure high-quality delivery and user adoption.What will you do: Lead client discovery sessions to gather, document, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutionsDesign, configure, and enhance Salesforce environments using standard functionality and best practicesSupport Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects across design, build, testing, and deployment phasesManage and prioritize workstreams, including backlog refinement and sprint planning, in Agile delivery environmentsPartner with clients and internal stakeholders to align Salesforce functionality with sales, service, and operational workflowsSupport solution scoping, estimation, and pre-sales activities as neededProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support team development and delivery qualityCollaborate closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to ensure successful deliveryMaintain system documentation, including requirements, configurations, and process flowsSupport ongoing system optimization, user adoption, and issue resolution post go-liveIdeally, you should have: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related fieldRelevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Sales/Service/Community Cloud Consultant)6–9 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect on enterprise delivery projectsStrong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration using declarative toolsAgile project management experience, including backlog management and user story creationFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, PE environment while managing multiple prioritiesExperience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)Exposure to CPQ, Billing, or Revenue CloudExperience supporting multi-region or global Salesforce deploymentsExperience building reports, dashboards, and analytics for sales and operations teams
