The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for digital advertising, and a proven track record in outbound sales. As a Google Ads Sales Specialist, you will work to grow existing accounts, while leveraging your expertise in Google Ads and sales strategies to exceed targets and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Outbound Sales: Prospect and engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to optimize Google Ads services.Sales Strategy: Understand client needs and propose Google Ads solutions that align with their business goals.Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.Google Ads Expertise: Provide clients with insights and guidance on optimizing their Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.Reporting: Track sales progress, report on key metrics, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.Leverage AI: Understanding and use of AI in sales activities. Proven ability to use AI tools on the jobRequired Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Experience: 2+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, Google Ads, or similar digital platform servicesCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and convey technical information clearly.Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, particularly in outbound sales, is highly preferred.Desired Skills:Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies.Ability to build relationships quickly with decision-makers at all levels.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Additional Information:Night Shift: This position requires working night shifts to support international clients. Flexibility is essential.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
